1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, or undergarments for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at the Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
